Plastic Tubes
Plastic Tubes have been developed for higher safety while using tubes. By chosing this material you prevent almost all risk of injuries if an accident should occur.
Plastic Tubes VITREX are ISO certified and CE/FDA marked capillary tubes. The plastic tubes are available color-coded indicating Plain or heparinized with Sodium, Ammonium or Lithium. The packing will also be color-coded with the indicating color.
Many countries have introduced regulations or advisories regarding safety restrictions using Capillary Tubes. Due to safety reasons, they advise the users to use Plastic Tubes instead of glass tubes when possible. The plastic tubes are high quality products, developed to minimize accidental damages to the user; splinter and cuts are no longer a risk.
Due to our focus on high quality products, we have developed our plastic tubes with a very low rate of oxygen permeability.
The Plastic Tubes are sold in original Vitrex packing to distributors in vials or cardboard boxes. For OEM, we are able to meet your demand regarding labels and packaging.
Special sizes of plastic tubes and packing are available upon request.
